What counts as a task?
A task is one action your agent completes — for example, sending one email reply, pulling one row of data, or posting one social comment. If your agent runs a check every hour, that's one task per run. You can see your usage in real time from your dashboard so you're never caught off guard.
What happens if I hit my task limit?
Your agents pause until the next billing cycle — they don't break, they just stop running. You'll get a heads-up by email before you hit the limit so you have time to upgrade or adjust how often your agents run.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, always. Upgrade instantly from your account settings. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No phone calls, no awkward process — done in under 30 seconds.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Team?
The Free plan is your trial — there's no time limit on it. Use it for as long as you need. When you're ready for more agents, more tasks, or more integrations, upgrading takes one click. No credit card is needed to start.
How does the annual discount work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 — that's a 30% saving compared to monthly. The full amount is billed once upfront. You can cancel before your renewal date for a prorated refund on unused months.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted end-to-end on every plan — including Free. We never read, store, or sell your private information. Your emails, documents, and messages are only ever accessed by your agent to complete the specific task you set up.
