About the role:
Be the tip of the spear for TaskOff's outbound motion. You'll prospect into our ICP, run personalized outreach sequences, and book qualified meetings for the AE team. You'll use TaskOff's own product daily — meaning you'll have an edge on every competitor SDR in the market.
What we're looking for:
MUST HAVE
1+ year SDR or outbound sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong written communication — you write sequences that get replies
Self-starter with a track record of hitting pipeline targets
Comfortable with rejection and iterating on messaging fast
CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce)
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with outbound automation or AI-assisted prospecting
Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or similar tooling
Background selling into RevOps or sales leadership
Compensation & equity:
Base: $55,000 base · $80,000–$90,000 OTE
Equity: 0.02%–0.05% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
$1,000 learning budget
Home office stipend
