About the role:
Drive acquisition and revenue growth across every channel. You'll own experiments from hypothesis to results — paid, organic, email, partnerships — and build the playbook that scales TaskOff from early traction to a growth machine. You'll work directly with the founding team, with no red tape between ideas and execution.
What we're looking for:
MUST HAVE
3+ years growth or performance marketing (B2B SaaS)
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn)
Strong analytics skills — you live in dashboards and attribution data
Proven ability to run rapid, structured experiments
Clear async communicator

Compensation & equity:
Base: $90,000–$120,000 USD
Equity: 0.05%–0.15% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
$1,000 learning budget
Home office stipend
