Drive acquisition and revenue growth across every channel. You'll own experiments from hypothesis to results — paid, organic, email, partnerships — and build the playbook that scales TaskOff from early traction to a growth machine. You'll work directly with the founding team, with no red tape between ideas and execution.


  • What we're looking for:

MUST HAVE

  1. 3+ years growth or performance marketing (B2B SaaS)

  2. Hands-on experience running paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn)

  3. Strong analytics skills — you live in dashboards and attribution data

  4. Proven ability to run rapid, structured experiments

  5. Clear async communicator

NICE TO HAVE

  • Compensation & equity:

  1. Base: $90,000–$120,000 USD

  2. Equity: 0.05%–0.15% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

  3. $1,000 learning budget

  4. Home office stipend

  5. Full health, dental & vision (US) or equivalent stipend
