• About the role:

Own the AI layer of TaskOff — from prompt engineering and fine-tuning to evaluation and reliability. You'll make our message generation smarter, faster, and more personalised at scale.

• What we're looking for:

MUST HAVE

1. 3+ years working with LLMs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)

2. Strong prompt engineering and evaluation skills

3. Experience with fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic pipelines

4. Python proficient; comfortable shipping backend features

5. Ability to ship fast without sacrificing reliability

NICE TO HAVE

1. Experience with web scraping, anti-bot systems, or data enrichment pipelines

2. Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering

3. Previous B2B SaaS or sales tech experience

4. Open source contributions or a side project you're proud of

• Compensation & equity:

1. Base: $130,000–$165,000 USD

2. Equity: 0.1%–0.35% options (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

3. $2,000 home office budget (day one)

4. $1,000 annual learning budget

5. Full health, dental & vision (US) or equivalent stipend

• What to expect:
