About the role:
Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal. You'll run discovery, demos, and negotiations for mid-market accounts — typically RevOps leads, sales managers, and founders at 50–500 person companies. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll help shape our ICP, pricing, and sales playbook.
What we're looking for:
MUST HAVE
3+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS
Consistent track record hitting $500K–$1M+ annual quota
Strong discovery skills — you ask the right questions
Proficiency with CRMs and sales tooling
Excellent written and verbal communication
NICE TO HAVE
Experience selling sales automation or RevOps tooling
Familiarity with AI-powered outbound products
Early-stage startup sales experience
Compensation & equity:
Base: $80,000 base · $150,000–$180,000 OTE (uncapped)
Equity: 0.05%–0.15% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
$2,000 home office budget (day one)
$1,000 annual learning budget
Full health, dental & vision (US) or equivalent stipend
