  • About the role:

Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal. You'll run discovery, demos, and negotiations for mid-market accounts — typically RevOps leads, sales managers, and founders at 50–500 person companies. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll help shape our ICP, pricing, and sales playbook.


  • What we're looking for:

MUST HAVE

  1. 3+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS

  2. Consistent track record hitting $500K–$1M+ annual quota

  3. Strong discovery skills — you ask the right questions

  4. Proficiency with CRMs and sales tooling

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication

NICE TO HAVE

  1. Experience selling sales automation or RevOps tooling

  2. Familiarity with AI-powered outbound products

  3. Early-stage startup sales experience


  • Compensation & equity:

  1. Base: $80,000 base · $150,000–$180,000 OTE (uncapped)

  2. Equity: 0.05%–0.15% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

  3. $2,000 home office budget (day one)

  4. $1,000 annual learning budget

  5. Full health, dental & vision (US) or equivalent stipend
